1. This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.32785 of 2014 in W.P.No.26216 of 2014 dated 08.09.2014.

In view of the vacation of the aforesaid interim order dated 08.09.2014 by this Court today in W.V.M.P.No.3258 of 2014, it cannot be held that the said order is violated by the respondents.
