This Criminal Petition is filed under Sections 482 Cr.P.C. to correct the name of the petitioner in the bail order passed by the Metropolitan Sessions Judge-cum-I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam on 23.01.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.103 of 2017 2.

Heard both sides. Perused the records.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the trial court granted bail to the petitioner/A-3 on his furnishing personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties with certain conditions. When it came to acceptance of the sureties, it was found that the name of the petitioner was not tallying with the Adhar card.

In the circumstances, the petition is allowed and the name of the petitioner in the bail order dt.23.01.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.103 of 2017 is corrected and the same shall be read as "Mayatithyar Eswara Rao S/o Mayatithyar Pandithdevar" instead of "Manditheha Eswara Rao S/o Pandi". --------------------------- M.S.K.JAISWAL, J DATED: 18-05-2017.
