THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE N.BALAYOGI CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3809 of 2010 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioner filed a letter dated 15.10.2017 with notice to the counsel for the first respondent, wherein it is clearly stated that the matter is settled with the Official Liquidator and the amount was already paid and the Official Liquidator at Madanapalli filed full satisfaction memo in O.S.No.45 of 2000 on the file of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Madanapalli and requested permission to withdraw the revision.

The said letter is recorded. Permission is accorded and the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
