Aggrieved by the order dated 27.01.2017 in Crl.MP.No.81 of 2017 in S.T.C.No.111 of 2015 passed by the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Puttur, this revision is filed by the petitioners/ A1 and A2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and also the learned Public Prosecutor representing the State and also on behalf of 1st respondent-Municipality of Puttur and perused the impugned order of the lower Court, wherein the application filed under Section 70(2) Cr.P.C. for recall of N.B.W. was ended in dismissal.

The Criminal Revision Case is disposed of, confirming the impugned order, by giving liberty to the petitioners to appear in person and file application under Section 436 or 437 Cr.P.C. and on such application, the learned Magistrate shall grant bail on the same day with necessary conditions.
