This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the Common Order dt. 21.08.2014 in I.A.No.120 and 121 of 2010 in O.S.No.553 of 2010 passed by Principal Junior Civil Judge, Kothagudem. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the main suit i.e., O.S.No.553 of 2010 passed by Principal Junior Civil Judge, Kothagudem, has been disposed of on 25.01.2018 and therefore, the cause in this petition does not survive for adjudication. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these cases shall stand closed.
