This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioner, who is accused No.2 in C.C.No.244 of 2011 on the file of the Court of IV Metropolitan Magistrate, Visakhapatnam.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies available to him under law.
