THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:

ORDER:

Feeling aggrieved by the purported inaction of respondent Nos.3 and 4 in responding to the petitioners' representations for taking action against respondent No.5 for his alleged malfeasance and misfeasance, this writ petition is filed.

At the hearing, Mr. Ravi Cheemalapati, learned Standing Counsel for the Panchayat Raj Institutions (AP), appearing for respondent Nos.4 and 5, on instructions submitted that on the direction of respondent No.3, respondent No.4 has held an enquiry and that he has submitted a report to respondent No.3 with the finding that the allegations made by the petitioners are not true and that respondent No.5 has not committed any irregularities.

In view of the above submission of the learned Standing Counsel, respondent No.3 is directed to pass an appropriate order on the report submitted by respondent No.4 and communicate the same to the petitioners within one month from the date of receipt of this order. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P. No.53876 of 2015 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
