No.2457/2016 Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the memorandum of grounds filed in Crl.RC., the High Court may be pleased to suspend the order passed in Crl.A.No.123 of 2015 on the file of IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tanuku, dated 13-06-2016, pending disposal of CRL.RC.No.1682 of 2016 on the file of the High Court.
