ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 2nd respondent in refusing to register the sale deed presented by the petitioner for sale of lands situated in Sy.No.1133 of Dhoddipalli Village, Piler Mandal, Chittoor District.

While admitting the writ petition on 19.02.2010, this Court directed the respondents to receive the document presented by the petitioner in respect of the lands in Sy.No.1133, Dhoddipalli Village, Piler Mandal, Chittoor District and process the same in accordance with law. It was further directed that if there was any objection for registration, the same should be informed to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. In view of the said interim order, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition.
