HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN Civil Revision Petition No.5166 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner has come up with the above revision seeking a direction to the trial Court to dispose of her injunction application.

2. Since the injunction application is pending for the past more than a year, the trial Court shall endeavour to dispose of the application for injunction within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

The Civil Revision Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
