No representation for writ petitioner.

Heard the Assistant Government Pleader (Home) and Mr.S.Chalapati Rao for respondent No.3.

The petitioner complains against inaction of 1st respondent in granting police aid in continuation of order granted by the civil Court.

On 24.09.2013, the following interim orders were passed by this Court.

"In view of the orders passed by the V Additional Junior Civil Judge, Warangal, in I.A. No.44 of 2012 in O.S. No.450 of 2008, there shall be interim direction as prayed for."

The suit is ripe for trial and this Court is of the view that the writ petition can be disposed of by making the interim order as final order, however, by making it clear that the direction issued either on 24.09.2013 or the disposal of the writ petition ought not to be understood as this Court accepting the case of either of the parties on merits. All the issues are considered by the Court, which is seized of the dispute between the parties.
