THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.12862 OF 2012 ORDER:

This Court on 27.04.2012, while admitting the writ petition granted interim order directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner. Learned Standing Counsel produced proceedings dated 28.08.2012 whereby petitioner's representation was disposed of in compliance of the orders passed by this Court in WP.MP.No.6077/2012 in WP.No.12862/2012.

Though, the aforesaid proceedings issued in the year 2012, petitioner has not challenged the same, till today. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition becomes infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings dated 28.08.2012, in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
