2.
This Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief: "... to issue an appropriate order, direction or writ, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of official respondent Nos.1 to 5 in not transferring by issuing the transfer orders to unofficial respondent Nos.6 to 12, such that transfer of petitioners can be implemented as per G.O.Ms.No.61, Finance (HRM.I) Department, dated 24.05.2018, as being arbitrary, illegal and unconstitutional and in direct contravention of the terms in G.O.Ms.No.61, Finance (HRM.I) Department, dated 24.05.2018, and consequently direct official respondent Nos.1 to 5 to issue transfer orders to unofficial respondent Nos.6 to 12, so that transfer of other employees, including petitioners can happen to such stations occupied by respondent Nos.6 yo 12 for more than 5 years, and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."
3.
According to learned counsel for the petitioners, grievance of the petitioners is that even though there are long standing Assistant Directors working in the office of the Commissioner of School Education and in and around the city of Hyderabad, they are not disturbed and the request of the petitioners for transferring them is not considered.
4.
On 10.07.2018, this Court passed the following order: "The subject matter concerns transfer of Assistant Directors in School Education Department. The grievance of the petitioners is that there are long standing persons working in Hyderabad and in Ranga Reddy Districts and because they have been working here for long time, they are blocking the others to
come over to Hyderabad, even though they have a genuine request to come over to Hyderabad.
On instructions, learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that the Assistant Directors will be transferred. However, the exercise of transfer of Assistant Directors will be undertaken after the transfer counseling process of teachers is completed.
The matter stands adjourned to 23.07.2018.
Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to take out personal notice to respondents 6 to 14 through RPAD and file proof of service."
5.
When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Government Pleader for School Education informs the Court that after completion of transfer counselling exercise of Teachers, exercise of transfer of Assistant Directors was also considered. 6.
Learned counsel for the petitioners now informs the Court that that transfer counselling exercise of Assistant Directors was undertaken and suitable posting orders were issued to the petitioners, as requested by them.
7.
In view of the same, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive and the Writ Petition has become instructions. 8.
The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
