THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE T.VI NOD KUMAR WRI T PETI TI ON No.23369 of 2019 ORDER:

The present writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in issuing Lookout Notice bearing No.161/LOC/CCSDD/HYD/2019, dated 02.08.2019, against the petitioner herein, in FIR.No.304 of 2019 dated 23.05.2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there have been disputes between the petitioner and her husband, based on which, each of them have made complaints against one another and the present LOC was issued on the basis of the complaint made by her husband. Learned counsel further submits that subsequently, the parties have arrived at a compromise, which has been reduced into writing on 10.06.2019, whereby it was agreed that each of the parties would withdraw all the cases filed against one another.

In the light of the Memorandum of Compromise arrived at between the parties, it is open for the petitioner to approach the concerned authority at whose behest the LOC has been issued against her and seek revocation of the same.

The writ petition is disposed of with the above observation. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
