This Contempt Case has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the order dated 20.01.2017 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 1781 of 2017.

Since it is represented across the Bar that the order complained of has been complied with, the Contempt Case does not survive for adjudication. It is therefore, closed. Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand closed.
