HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.20279 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard Mr.Tarlada Rajasekhar Rao for petitioners and the Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Learned counsel for petitioners made a few submissions on the merits of the endorsement impugned in the writ petition and after taking note of the objec tion raised by the Assistant Government Pleader i.e., the petitioners can file appeal against the endorsement impugned in the writ petition, Mr.Tarlada Rajasekhar Rao seeks liberty to avail the remedy of appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer.

The petitioner is given liberty to file appeal along with an application to condone delay, by enclosing a copy of this order, within ten days from today.

As and when suc h appeal together with application to condone the delay is filed, the same are considered and appropriate orders passed in accordance with law. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
