HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND HON'BLE Dr.JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CONTEMPT CASE No.1409 of 2018 ORDER: (ORAL) (Per Suresh Kumar Kait, J) Learned Govt. Pleader for Services I (TG) has informed this Court that vide proceedings Rc.No.3282/A2/2018 dated 26.07.2018, order dated 19.06.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.No.11618 of 2017 has been complied with. He handed over a copy of the said proceedings to the learned counsel for the petitioner, who has not disputed the same.

In view of the above, contempt case is closed and the respondents are discharged from the contempt proceedings. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the writ petition stand closed.
