ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to direct the official respondents to implement the Scheme envisaged in G.O.Rt.No.438, Panchayat Raj and Rural Development (RWS II) Department, dated 14.03.2013, by constructing water tank in the SC colony of Tippanapally Village, as per the resolution passed by the Gram Panchayat on 15.02.2014, and to declare the inaction of the official respondents in stopping respondent No.5 from constructing water tank in the land of respondent No.6 in survey No.414, Tippanapally Village, instead of in the SC colony, as illegal and arbitrary. Mrs.I.Maamu Vani, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed a letter, dated 27.01.2016, to the Registry, wherein she has stated that her client wants to withdraw the writ petition. In view of the aforesaid letter, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.16719 of 2014 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
