HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.2444 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the inaction of the 2nd respondent in disposing of the revision petition filed by the petitioners under Section 9 of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, against the order dated 27.11.2014 passed by the 3rd respondent in the appeal vide RC.No.1218/2013/B.

Heard both sides.

Since it is stated that the revision filed by the petitioners is pending before the 2nd respondent, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the same after issuing notices to the necessary parties, in accordance with law, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
