THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.14978 OF 2004 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Certiorari for calling for the records relating to and connected with order dated 13.08.2004 of the fifth respondent and to quash or set aside the same by declaring it as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and without power, authority or jurisdiction and against to the provisions of A.P.Co-operative Societies Act and Rules made thereunder besides violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is continuing in service.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. Hence, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
