Since there was no representation for the appellant on 27.03.2015, a direction was given to the Registry to list the appeal, along with connected matters, after two weeks. Despite listing the matter on 10.04.2015, there was no representation for the appellant. Hence, a direction was given to the Registry to list the matter under the caption "for dismissal". Today also there is no representation for the appellant, despite listing the matter under the caption "for dismissal".

2. In the result, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the appeal, stand disposed of.
