This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C seeking to withdraw F.C.O.P.No.86 of 2018 pending on the file of the Family Court, City Civil Court, Secunderabad and transfer the same to the Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

2 Heard the learned counsel for both parties and perused the record.

At the time or arguments, the only relief sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to dispense with the presence of the petitioner before the Family Court, City Civil Court, Secunderabad on each and every date of adjournment. Even if the presence of the petitioner is dispensed with on each and every date of adjournment, no prejudice will be caused to the respondent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the presence of the petitioner before the Family Court, City Civil Court, Secunderabad in FCOP No.86 of 2018 is dispensed with on each and every date of adjournment. However, the petitioner shall appear before the Family Court, City Civil Court, Secunderabad as and when her presence is so required.

The Tr.CMP is accordingly disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
