C.M.A.M.P.No.730 of 2016 is field seeking permission to withdraw the main C.M.A.No.976 of 2015.

In view of the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, permission as sought for is granted. Accordingly, C.M.A.M.P.No.730 of 2016 is ordered. Consequently, C.M.A.No.976 of 2015 is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
