The petitioner claims to be a devotee of Ashoorkhana Imambada situated at Rein Bazar, Yakuthpura, Hyderabad. Ashoorkhana is a notified wakf property published in Andhra Pradesh Gazette on 08.07.1982 at Serial No.861. At the time of notification, it had 1815 square yards of area. A Mutavalli was appointed for the said wakf institution. The present area is an extent of 1000 square yards only and in view of the same, the petitioner submitted a representation on 21.02.2015 requesting the first respondent-A.P. State Wakf Board to take necessary action and steps for protecting the available 1000 square yards by constructing compound wall and when no action was taken by the first respondent-Wakf Board, the present writ petition is filed.

In the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on merits, directing the first respondent-Wakf Board to consider the representation dated 21.02.2015 of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon/take necessary action pursuant to the said representation, within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt a copy of this order. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed. No order as to costs. ______________________________ (A.
