ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief: "...to issue any appropriate writ, order or direction preferably a writ in the nature of Mandamus declaring the proceedings Rc.No.9020/C3-2/A4-1/2003, dated 14.11.2003 issued by the Secretary, A.P.Residential Educational Institutions Society, Hyderabad, as illegal, bad and arbitrary and consequently set aside the same and pass such further or other orders as the Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

While admitting the writ petition on 21.11.2003, this Court in WPMP No.30941 of 2003 granted interim suspension of the impugned proceedings.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in view of the interim order granted by this Court on 21.11.2003, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
