There is no reason to interfere with the order under challenge. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed, however, the dismissal of I.A.No.274 of 2011 in O.S.No.368 of 2007 shall not be treated this Court expressing a view on the legality, genuineness of the documents, on which the revision petitioner is relying upon. It is for the trial Court to consider these aspects at appropriate stage in the trial.
