Subhash Reddy) Sri Nazir Ahmed Khan, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition and to that effect, he made an endorsement on the case file.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, it is open for the petitioners to pursue appropriate remedies in S.A. No.46 of 2013 pending on the file of the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Hyderabad, in which the petitioners stated to have obtained interim orders. No order as to costs.
