W.P.Nos.489, 570 & 585/2002 COMMON ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice V. Ramasubramanian) These writ petitions are filed by the State challenging a common order passed by the A.P. Administrative Tribunal in a batch of applications. All of them relating to the appointment of teachers relating to the year 2000. It appears that due to the passage of 16 years all vacancies were subsequently notified in the next selections and also filled up. More over, one of the writ petitions arising out of the same common order was already allowed by this Court. Therefore, these writ petitions are also allowed and the order of the Tribunal is set aside. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
