When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that despite best efforts, he could not get instructions from the petitioner and therefore the writ petition may be closed with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate petition, if the cause of action survives. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed with liberty as sought above.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
