When the matter was called on 08.07.2016, there was no representation for appellant and hence, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption "For Dismissal". Today, in spite of listing the matter under the caption "For Dismissal, neither the advocate for appellant appeared nor is there any representation made on his behalf.

2. The C.M.A. is, accordingly, dismissed for non-prosecution. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand dismissed.
