THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.11480 OF 2013 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. In this writ petition, the petitioners are seeking a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 not to interfere into the civil disputes between the petitioners and respondents 4 to 6. The respondent No.3 filed a counter affidavit stating that the official respondents-police are not interfering and they never fixed any time to the petitioners to settle the matter with the unofficial respondents herein.

Considering the contents of the counter affidavit filed by the respondent No.3, this Court is of the view that no further orders are required in this writ petition.
