THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.13910 of 2015 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.PC seeking direction to the court of II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Huzurabad, Karimnagar District to dispose of C.C. No.484 of 2015 as early as possible.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/A2 and learned Public Prosecutor representing the State.

3. A perusal of the record reveals that the de facto complainant is a retired Teacher aged about 72 years. The only request of the petitioner is to direct the trial court to expedite the matter. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the trial court is directed to dispose of C.C. No.484 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of nine (9) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the criminal petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
