B. Bhaskar, v. The District Collector And Magistrare,
HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT HYDERABAD FOR THE STATE OF TELANGANA AND THE STATE OF ANDHRA PRADESH PRESENT THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT APPEAL No.660 OF 2009 DATED: 21.06.2016 Between:
A. Bhaskar ... Appellant and The District Collector and Magistrate, Nizamabad District and others ... Respondents
THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT APPEAL No.660 OF 2009 JUDGMENT: (per the Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) None appears for appellant.
Heard learned Government Pleader for Revenue. This appeal was filed in 2009. The interim order, that was granted in the appeal, was vacated vide order, dated 28.05.2009. That apart, even from bare perusal of the prayer in the Writ Petition, it is clear that this appeal has rendered infructuous. That seems to be the reason why, nobody is coming forward to workout the appeal on merits.
Hence, the writ appeal is disposed of as infructuous. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
