O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development for respondents 1 to 3 and at their request, the matter is taken up for disposal at the stage of admission. Since this court is not adjudicating the matter on merits, it may not be necessary to give notice to the unofficial respondent.

As per the writ averments, the claim of the petitioner is that he is the owner of house property bearing No.20-3-325/1, admeasuring 285 sq. yards and H.No.20-3327 to 328, admeasuring 16 sq. yards situated at Hussaini Alam, Hyderabad. The 4th respondent is the owner of property bearing No.20-3-330. The case of the petitioner is that the 4th respondent is making illegal constructions adjacent to his premises No.2-3-33-, Moosa Bowli, Hyderabad, on the vacant Government land and partly encroaching the land of the petitioner and that though he has given number of representations during the months of March, April and May, 2016, the latest being 10.5.2016, to the respondents 2 and 3 - Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, represented by its Commissioner and the Assistant City Planner, no action has been taken till date.

Hence the writ petition. In view of the above averments, without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent - Assistant City Planner, to consider the representations said to have been filed by the petitioner after giving personal hearing and opportunity to the petitioner and the 4th respondent and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
