B/O tk 20.09.2022 KS,J I.A.NO.1 OF 2022 This application is filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner/accused in Crl.P.No.6609 of 2022 dt.28.07.2022 that he should appear before the Investigating Authorities on first and third Saturdays of every month; and to release the passport of the petitioner enabling him to travel USA to attend the meetings.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the facts and circumstances, the condition imposed against the petitioner/accused in Crl.P.No.6609 of 2022 dt.28.07.2022 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the Investigating Authorities on Second Saturday of every month. With regard to the prayer to release the passport of the petitioner is concerned, the petitioner/accused shall move the concerned Court seeking permission to travel showing the urgency and in the event of such application being made, the concerned Court shall dispose of the said application by imposing conditions, keeping in view the urgency of the petitioner. _________ KS,J tk
