08.03.2022 LK,J I.A.No.1 of 2022 This application is filed seeking to amend the prayer in Crl.P.No.8067 of 2021 as "C.C.No.1441 of 2020 on the file of the Special Judicial First Class Magistrate (for Prohibition and Excise) Nalgonda, Nalgonda District", in stead of the "Principal Sessions Judge, Nalgonda, Nalgonda District", as well as in the common order dated 17.11.2021 in Crl.P.No.8067 of 2021 and batch. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by oversight, they have mentioned the name of the Court wrongly and the same is carried in the order. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, this application is ordered subject to the petitioner depositing a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only) with the High Court Legal Services Committee, Hyderabad. Registry is directed to upload the amended copy of the order dated 17.11.2021.
