This Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in not closing the bank accounts/FDRs of late R. Balakrishna and not paying the proceeds thereof to the respective nominee.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri M. Sreekanth Reddy, learned counsel for the respondent-bank submits that the deposits of the petitioners were being paid and the same is not contradicted by the learned counsel for the petitioners. In those circumstances and in view of the matter has been settled out side the Court, the writ petition is liable to be closed. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.
