This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the official respondents in not registering a case against the unofficial respondents herein basing on the complaints made by the petitioner on 11.06.2018, 25.01.2019, 31.01.2019 and 04.02.2019.

It appears that, on an earlier occasion, the petitioner has approached this Court in W.P.No.15611 of 2019 against the very same complaints. By order dated 08.08.2019, the said writ petitions were dismissed as withdrawn, granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy as available to him under law. Though the petitioner sought liberty to avail appropriate remedies, he did not do so, and once again filed the present writ petition on the very same complaints. Thus, the present writ petition as filed is clearly an abuse of process of law. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
