Judgment:

This Company Appeal is filed assailing Orders, dated 29.06.2015 and 05.08.2015, in CP.No.12 of 2015, on the file of the Company Law Board, Chennai Bench, Chennai.

At the hearing, Mr.G.Kalyan Chakravarthi, learned Counsel for the appellants, submitted that after this Appeal was adjourned on 17-08-2015, the Company Law Board has posted both the Company Petitions viz., C.P.Nos. 17 of 2014 and 12 of 2015 to

03.09.2015 and that therefore, the grievance of the appellants stood redressed.

In the light of the above submission, this Company Appeal is disposed of as infructuous. As a sequel to disposal of the Company Appeal, Application No.1277 of 2015, filed by the appellants for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
