ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the impugned temporary termination proceedings of the petitioner dated 22.1.2015.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri M.S.R.Chandra Murthy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 3 to 5, submits that during pendency of the writ petition, final order was passed removing the petitioner from service and hence, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final removal order. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
