HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 8657 OF 2004 ORDER :

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent-bank in passing impugned Resolution No.320, dated 9.1.2004 and consequential impugned proceedings Ref.A.O.No.51(2)/2004, dated 3.2.2004 as arbitrary, illegal and seeking a consequential relief to direct the 3rd respondent to continue to pay the benefits mentioned in the impugned resolution to the petitioners. 2.

The Counsel for the petitioners contends that this Hon'be Court was pleased to grant interim directions on 21.06.2004, directing the respondents to consider the payment of benefits payable prior to the impugned resolution No.320, of the Board of Directors, dated 9.1.2004, subject to compliance of Provisions of Section 116-C of the A.P. Co-operative Societies Act, 1964. 3.

In view of the interim orders, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition.

This Court is of the considered view that the Writ Petition can be closed in view of the interim orders passed by this Hon'ble Court. 5.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is closed.
