It is the case of the petitioner that he was transferred from Shadnagar Depot to Gadwal Depot vide proceedings No.E2/785(i)/2015-SDNR, dated 31.07.2015. In pursuant to the same, petitioner made representation on 08.08.2015 to the 4th respondent seeking posting orders. But no action is being taken on his representation dated 08.08.2015. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri B.Mayur Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents Corporation.

Since it is stated that the petitioners representation dated 08.08.2015 is pending with the 4th respondent, it is for the 4th respondent to consider the same and pass appropriate orders. As such, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.08.2015 and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stands closed.
