Transfer Crl.P.No. 43 of 2017 O R D E R :

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor and perused the record.

2. This Transfer Criminal Petition is filed to transfer CC.No. 7 of 2013 pending on the file of the Court of Principal Sessions Judge, Warangal to the Court of CBCID Nampally, Hyderabad, to be tried along with CBCID cases, vide C.No. 5/DSP/CID.RO-Wgl/15, dated 17/11/2015.

3. The counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Court of Principal Sessions Judge, Warangal, has no jurisdiction to proceed with the disposal of CC.No. 7 of 2013.

4. On the aforesaid ground only transfer of C.C.No. 7 of 2013 is sought. The point of jurisdiction can be agitated before the Principal Sessions Judge, Warangal, granting such liberty to the petitioner, this Transfer Criminal Petition is disposed of.

5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this Transfer Criminal Petition shall stands disposed of.
