Heard the counsel for petitioners, and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, for respondents.

The grievance of petitioners is that they have approached the 3rd respondent on 19.04.2017 for mutation of their names in the Revenue Records and for issuance of pattedar pass books and title deeds after paying the requisite fee in mee seva, and that the 3rd respondent has not passed any orders on petitioners' application. 3.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondents, states that the 3rd respondent will pass orders on petitioners' application within two months from the date of receipt of copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to pass orders on the petitioners' application within two months from the date of receipt of copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioners. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
