ORDER

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, t973, is filed by the petitioner/A4 seeking to quash the proceedings against her in Crime No.326 of 2021 of Saroornagar Women Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate, registered for the offences under Sections 498A, 323 and 506 of IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.

Heard. Perused the record.

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor that investigation in the subject crime was completed, charge-sheet was filed on 27.09.2021 before the V Metropolitan Magistrate, L.B. Nagar and C.C.No.7B05 of 2021 was also assigned.

4. Under these circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner/A4 to work out the remedies available under law.

5. With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
