THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. GANGA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1406 of 2018 O R D E R:

In pursuance of the orders of this Court, the respondents appeared in the Court. The petitioner is also present. In compliance of the orders of this court, the respondents have brought cheque dated 14.8.2018 for an amount of Rs.3,56,129/- drawn on State Bank of India and handed over to the petitioner who is present in the Court.

In view of the above, the Contempt Case is closed. If the petitioner still feels aggrieved or not satisfied with the amount paid, he is at liberty to pursue the matter for payment of the amount, if any, as per law.
