SHYAM PRASAD WRIT PETITION No.41653 OF 2016 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice V.Ramasubramanian) The petitioners have come up with the above writ petition seeking a Mandamus to direct the fourth respondent to accept the undertaking given by them and to return the composite bank guarantee given for a period of four years and to allot them to replace the same with a bank guarantee for one year at a time. 2.

Heard Mr.Prabhakar Sripada, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.Taddi Nagaeswara Rao, learned counsel for the second respondent - University.

The issue raised in this writ petition is covered by a series of orders passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.28533 of 2015 batch of cases. By the order dated 30.06.2016, a Division Bench of this Court permitted the students to replace the existing composite bank guarantee for four years by bank guarantees for one year each at a time. The bank guarantee should be furnished every succeeding year.
