HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No.4877 of 2015 ORDER :

This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner/A.1 under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'the Cr.P.C.') to call for records in Crime No.52 of 2015 of Asifabad Police Station, Adilabad District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 468 and 471 read with 34 IPC. 2.

Learned Public Prosecutor represented that as there is no stay, the investigation is completed and police referred the case as 'civil in nature'.

In view of the same, there is nothing to be adjudicated by this Court in the present criminal petition. Consequently, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous.
