HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V. NAGARJUNA REDDY AND HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE J. UMA DEVI WP No. 45829 of 2016 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief, "....to issue a writ of habeas corpus directing the respondents 4 to 7 to produce Ms. G. Anusha d/o G. Mallikarjuna Relddy, aged about 24 years, before this Hon'ble Court and set her at liberty and pass such other order or orders...."

Mr. Kona N.D.V. Ramana Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner has addressed a letter, dated 16.6.2017 to the Registry wherein it is stated that as the cause in this writ petition does not survive, he is instructed by his client to withdraw the writ petition. At the hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner reiterated the contents of the above letter.
