Though the petitioner did not appear on the last occasion, now the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that his client has taken away the bundle one year back and today when the case is called, none appeared for the petitioner.

2. In the circumstances, the Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
